Initial implementation of Worker bundling (WIP)

Add basic infrastructure for bundling Web Workers as separate entry points.
This is an initial proof-of-concept implementation with significant limitations.
Core changes:
- Add ImportKind.worker and e_new_worker AST node
- Detect new Worker() calls in visit phase (moved from parsing to fix crashes)
- Treat worker imports as dynamic entry points in bundler
- Generate separate worker bundles with js_printer support
Known issues:
- Worker paths in generated code still point to temp directories
- Limited to string literal worker paths only
- Missing comprehensive error handling and edge cases
- No support for dynamic paths or import.meta.url pattern yet
Basic functionality verified: separate worker bundles are created,
but path resolution needs significant work before production ready.
