- Adds a CLAUDE.md file to `test/js/node/test/parallel/` documenting
that these are official Node.js tests
- Explains that these tests should not be modified since they come from
the Node.js repository
- Documents how to run these tests with debug builds (`bun bd
<file-path>` instead of `bun bd test`)
