Jarred Sumner e98afd0351 feat(repl): add -e/-p flags, docs page, and shell completions ...

- `bun repl -e <script>` evaluates with REPL semantics (object literal
  wrapping, declaration hoisting, top-level await) then drains the event
  loop and exits. `-p` additionally prints the result.
- Add docs/runtime/repl.mdx covering interactive features, keybindings,
  REPL commands, and non-interactive mode.
- Update bash/fish/zsh completions for `repl` subcommand and its flags.
