Add all TglImpl::ImplementationData
methods (#1436)
* ImplementationData methods and typedefs * RendererImpl::CreateView * RendererImpl::CreateMeshBuilder * DeepClone * CreateCamera and CreateTexture * CreateDevice * Disable static var annotation
