* Implement TglD3DRMIMAGE::CreateBuffer (ecx/edi are swapped)

* Implement LegoVideoManager::EnableRMDevice

* Implement LegoVideoManager::DisableRMDevice

* clang-format

* Match `LegoVideoManager::EnableRMDevice`

* Remove padding

* Fix naming
