* Implement MxTransitionManager SetWaitIndicator and SetupCopyRect

* More accurate SetupCopyRect

* Add MxDSAction::Flag_Bit5

* SetupCopyRect PR Amends

* Correct braces formatting

* Stub MxVideoPresenter::Destroy
