ED BUG: E, Disk Full, switch console, erase file, E ==> 2nd E appends...
ED BUG: gives Dir Full if disk switched before E command

I got this ED from Tom Mason, as the CP/M Plus ED.
I ran it briefly, and it seemed to work.
For gencmd I used:
	gcd ed data[b1000,m100,xfff
