components of CP/M-8000 and by the CP/M-8000 programmer's utilities.
The sections are arranged alphabetically by the name of the
internal component or utility. The error messages are listed
alphabetically within each section, with explanations and
suggested user responses.

There are two types of fatal errors: user-recoverable fatal errors and
fatal errors in the internal logic of AS68.
