* make node:fs/promises.open return a FileHandle and expose fdatasync

* node_fs: add fn spacing

* fix this assert usage too

* move primordial preservation higher

* use expect().toBe() instead of assert

* ensure top level node:fs/promises functions always receive fd's as a number

* add needed fixture

* [autofix.ci] apply automated fixes

* this was the wrong fix for a different thing
will look into it later
